How to Edit Side Panel entries.
- Login to Portal Plus (Details in Password State)
- Locate and select customer required.
- Go to User / Devices > Devices
- Locate device requiring Side panel update.

- Select ID number on the left and Scroll Down and select Configure Presence Indication

- Make changes were required.

- Save Changes at bottom of page.

- Once completed handset will need to be power cycled or rebooted.
Either by removing power to the device or logging ticket to bigair to complete remotely.
